In your human smog encrusted town, is it better for an individual to smoke cigarettes or not smoke cigarettes? Or does it simply not matter because you live in an enviromental disaster area and you are already ingesting so many toxins and particles that a few more pounds of tar, nicotine and the like has no appreciable impact on one's health?
And one other question, is your town in Eastern Europe? Is it in Romania, perhaps or Czechoslavakia?
