Tricyclic antidepressants are used frequently with the treatment of migraines...but I don't find them as effective with clusters. I am unaware of any studies with Wellbutrin (Zyban) in the treatment of migraines or clusters. It is not exactly like the tricyclics, but it does share some similar effects. Given that, it seems possible that you might be having some benefit from it. I would not consider it first line treatment, but if it is helping you...fantastic!
