Slow and awkward as it would be, I've suggested setting up a puter with a QuickCam in the hospitality suite. With MS NetMeeting, folks who can't attend could at least video-chat with those who are there.
As you may or may not know, we don't pay by the minute for phone connections here, as much of Europe does. Toss in an 'unlimited access' net account, which most of us have, and the puter on this end could be online 24/7, at no additional cost.
