out of the home air and pumps it through a face make that just covers my nose and mouth, it was an adjustment for the rate flow, I just crank it to maximum, oxygen is also an irratant to the muceous membranes, so I coat the interior of my nose is a perfume free A&D ointment, and tap my nostrils close with a piece of masking tape and just take the oxygen through my mouth, can break a headache in about 20 minutes. In my case my headaches are triggered by polutants like going to a denist and have someone dropping a bottle of actone on the floor, that triggered a heck of a headache with me, I don't smell these things to easily until it's too late, campground fires is also a major trigger with me, especially if everyone is burning wet wood.
