Hey Nicholas, here are my tips for whatever they are worth. 1) Take not just one day at a time but one problem at a time. Take a problem down from the "shelf", deal with it and put it back on the "shelf". Then concentrate on the next problem as necessary. Avoid summing up all your issues at once. No one can effectively deal with everything at once. 2) Ask for help from family and friends. You would help them if you could. Most folks would like to help but don't want to intrude. 3)(I might get in trouble here so disregard if I offend you) The Biblical story of Job classicaly teaches that rotten things happen to good people and the why question is beyond our answering. Suffering does not denote a failed relationship with God, it is a fact of life. Trust,in spite of anger, pain, and disolusionment is what cements the bond. My pain is just because it is. I hold nothing against myself or God. Best wishes G.
