I think we spoke back on May 5th 1998 at which time you reported that you had had brief relief with Diflucan. Then, your neurologist prescribed a short course of methylphenidate (Ritalin) that stopped your cluster headaches.
First of all is this you?
Secondly, if so, how are you doing and have you had any more recent cycles since your initial Ritalin treatment?
Finally, how are the children?
