We keep 3 of those blue gel-filled thingys in the freezer at all times. You can buy them at a camping supply store - you put them in your cooler when camping to keep your food cold. If you have a fridge at the office, and even better one with a freezer, stick one or two in there and then you can just lay it on the back of your neck or whereever you need it. Easier than trying to climb into the sink to feel the benefit of the cold water.
