anxiety attacks and CH's

I have had two "anxiety attacks" today. In fourth week of second episode.
Last year had CH's twelve weeks, had anxiety attacks at same time I
was taking two courses of prednisone. No prednisone now.

Has anyone else had anxiety attacks during CH's?
Any suggestions for something that works? My doc has prescribed
Zanax today.
