I hate to hear you suffering too! I don't ever have less than that many attacks a day and I use cold water and Ice bags. You have to get past the initial feeling of it being too cold (Especially the Ice pack) I live in Florida and the water isn't ever below 65 dgrees. I keep a cold bathroom and in combination with the 60- Degree air and the cold water it helps abort the attack. IMHO I had to go to Wisconsin about a year ago and while I was there I found out wwwwhat ccccold wwwwater wwwwwas! Sailpappy
