Sure thing! Mine is around 300, and I could pass as a vegetarian! It does run in my family too, and I'm supposed to be taking Niacin. Eliminating cholesterol and saturated fat from my diet never lowered it, so the doctor told me to be on Niacin. I never heard of the connection with high cholesterol and CH, but it's simply healthy to lower it anyway!
