I too have lost a lot of weight this episode (which is finally ending, Yahoo!). I was very thin to begin with and had lost about 10-15 pounds in under one month. This makes me 6'1" and 145 lbs. I haven't been at this weight since my freshman year of high school. I had a complete loss of appetite and didn't eat much for over a week. I knew exactly why I lost the weight, since I was only eating one meal a day (I get nasuea from the CH so I don't eat). I didn't see my doctor but came very close, but then I started to get my appetite back as the clusters became less frequent. I am now back to eating 2-3 meals a day but I haven't gained back much weight.
I think I'll stop excercising for the next few months and put on some weight before the next episode. If I don't I'll probably wither away.
It sounds like your doctors are keeping a close eye on you which is very good.. Mine would only give me Motrin 800. You gotta be kidding me!
