Nightly, 9PM headache

At the moment I'm getting a regular HA at 9PM. (thank God my only one for now).
I have tryed several things to prevent this HA from acuring.
Altered the time I take my verapmil and lithium to one hour before. To taking OTC antihistimines.
Anyone have any special tricks up ther sleves that I can try?
