Mike takes 3 75mg Gravol tablets before bed - he is 5'7, 155 pounds - so I guess it depends on weight/height. He has never gotten much relief from any of the otc meds but he does take still try sometimes with the acetominophen (Tylenol) or ibuprophen (Advil). He doesn't take them necessarily WITH the gravol - usually only when under attack. Usually just takes the Gravol by itself just before bed
