I have been experiencing these headaches since around '92. I have a constant headache daily, experiencing clusters roughly weekly. When I have these they usually occur around 3-4 in the morning. They are completely disabilitating as when I get up I get light headed and nausiated. If I stay up I get sick. They are usually in the front of my head with allot of pressure behind one eye (usually the right). My eye tears and is blurry, being somewhat light sensitive. I just recently got fed up & went to a civilian doctor who has started some treatment. I have thought & haven't ruled out the fact of my being a desert storm veteran as being these cause of these. So I have been fighting the military & VA system since '92 & recieved nothing (no meds whatsoever). Initially I had problems with my balance and unconcienceness. Do still have these problems but not near as frequently. The meds have seemed to help, but have only been on them two weeks. Did have a cluster yesterday, not near as bad as before though.
