heroin and cocaine

I hate to think of any of you, out of desperation, using either of these. I have no moral axe to grind here but I do have experience.

I am a former heroin addict and I CAN ASSURE YOU it will not help. It does not touch the pain. If it did, temporarily, that would be worse.

I have also used cocaine, and it did not help. I think it might trigger headaches
