I finally made it to the doc today. I was asked if I wanted to try Amerge(strange). I said no...because I couldn't remember what you guys posted about it & was scared I might have some horrid side effect. I just stuck to the good ol' imitrex(I got the nasal stuff instead of those stinky slow pills). The doc said after the imitrex runs out I'm still welcome to give the Amerge a try. I felt like her & the pharmacist at the clinic were drug dealers... Tryin' to get me to take Amerge. Although the pharmacist said that Amerge is just as quick, if not quicker, acting as the imitrex nasal spray and last longer. So unless anyone here has any stronge objections(I did go back & read the Amerge posts) I think next time I'll give it a try.
