Chonas- I have several external triggers. I live in southwest Florida and when the barometric pressure changes I get one every time. I can usually tell 2 to 3 days ahead of a bad Storm moving in on us. It increases them from #9's to 10+'s
During the cold months walking into the dry air inside from running the heat and back out into the moist cool air gets me too.
Driving on tree lined roads that cause the sunlight to be broken in patterns also does me in.
Oddly enough one of the biggest triggers I have is waiting, like standing in line at the grocery store, or sitting in traffic during a traffic Jam.
And if I took Alleve(Naproxen) and Tylonol 3 (Acetaminphen & Codeine) It would fry me throw in the A-S and I'd probibly be in the hospital as I am alergic to histamines, Try Cold,Cold,Cold applied to the affected area. sailpappy
