Tylenol PM is doing the same thing for me. I have been using it for 11 days now and have had 11 nights of sleep without an attack!!! I take two before I go to bed and poof no nightime wake up calls. HERES THE BAD NEWS- I almost always have an attack within an hour or two of waking up in the morning. I cycle every fall and spring ususally two a day. The tylenol seems to delay the attacks thats all. I consider it cluster management. I don't know if chronic sufferers find relief from such mild drugs or not. I don't take any other meds. I have been suffering for about 7 years and have always just toughed it out through my cycles. I use Zostrix cream up the nose, and have been trying the water treatment with mixed results.
