I was about to go to bed when your post came up, I could not turn in without telling you, first, thank you for caring, second, the gun was given to us as a gift (personally, I feel a strange gift, but a gift none the less) Greg does not hunt, hates hunting. When he came home today and heard what I had been through he called his friend in town that does hunt and asked him if he would like a new, never been used gun. It is now out of our house, course we had to wait for our son to come home to tell us where it was, he hid it very well! :) Such a good boy!:)
So worry no more friend, Greg and I have talked extensively today about suicide and he has assured me, in his words to me..."If you can love me inspite of all of this horror I put you through I can love you enough to never have you fear me taking my own life. Don't ever, ever think that I will consider it. I love you and the kids too much to throw that all away, we will make it through this TOGETHER!."
Life goes on, still sleeping, thank God!
