I have high tolerance to pain, my CHs episodes are always 7-8 Kip scale, I didn't have any medicine this last episode, anyway the right side of my head hurted me like hell. What I've noticed is that the more it hurts, the more I encourage myself to go on. Please, I don't mean I like the pain, not at all!. I always say, it will pass and it finally does, then I don't know how much it'll last, but I feel so happy that my batteries are inmmediately reloaded for the next one.
