My mom is in stable condition. She has been moved to what they call step down. She has been improving all day. She is talking and siting up now. They let her get up and sit in a chair. Her legs are fine, she is off balance a little. They put a walker in her room, and said once they remove the catheter she can walk down the hall. She does not like the walker. Everything seems to be in working order, except her hand. We are able to stay with her in the room they have her in now.
That seems to make her happy.
I read mom all the post and told her the board had stopped. I tried to print out the picture of her but could not. Please do not remove anything from the board especially the picture. Mom will want to see it all! She cried as I read them and had something wonderful to say about each person who posted. Mom dictated a letter to me to post to you all. I fixed it up just a little.

My name is Elaine and I have a margarine headache. OK this should start some crap. LOL How is everyone doing? I hear you all have been taking care of my girls. Thanks. They are great kids I am very blessed. I am being well taken care of. As Heather told you all in her post. I was just tired it took a little longer for me to come out of it. They say I am doing great. Heather said you stop posting that the board is at a stand still. Please go on posting and taking care of each other.
Clusters and life must go on. DJ, Carl, Todd, Tommy and so many need support. I am fine. I hear Bob posted a picture of me. Bob if you have my head pasted on a monkeys I will kill you. Drummer, Ted, Johnny, Hub, Margi make them post make them have fun for me. Thank you all. Hey you can all write and tell me how you are doing. I need to know I miss you all. I will be home soon. Remember I am like clusters I will be back.

You better do what mom said and post. She can be bad sometimes. We will be spending our days at the hospital. I will get mom to write a post and I will post it every night for her until she comes home.
