I understand how you feel about having episodes
in public. I don't even like those closest to me
to see me at a full 10. I get what I call "my windows" where I may be pain free for up to 3 hours. I used this time to go to my workplace and tell them exactly what I'm going through. I printed out clips from this site and others for them to read. I personally hate the word "headache" associated with this disease. It leaves far to much generalization. "How's your headaches?" just drives me up the wall! But, I did find my employers and fellow workers very receptive and understanding when I presented them with the facts. Can't expect them to fully comprehend the pain, but given the opportunity with real information, you may find as I did, both concern and support. Hope this passes quickly for you,
