Hang in there Linda. You do have lots of people here who understand what you're going through. My heart aches for you alone with your daughter. Consider yourself hugged by all of us here. Good for you for writing in, it must be hard concentrating enough to compose a note, let alone trying to read the computer screen.
You might want to try some Gravol tonight to get to sleep. It has been helping my husband go all through the night without a CH. It prevents the REM phase of sleep and therefore, the CH. He takes three at bedtime. Two abort the middle of the night headaches but he still gets the wake-up in the morning one if he doesn't take three. It might be worth a try - it's non-addicting, will settle your stomach and will help you sleep.
