You are right about depression and CHs. They are separate, and I treat them separately. BUT, in me, CHs do induce depression.
When I was episodic years ago, I had no depression on "freedom" days. But, when CHs returned, depression was right there, getting worse when the pain got worse. This is still true in my chronic cycles today.
