While I enjoy sitting in a hot tub occasionally during an attack it would push me right over the edge! I feel as if my head superheats during an attack and sometimes even the coldest water will feel warm during the attack. Almost without exception, the 20 or so times I've been relaxing in the hot tub, I lean back, forgetting for a moment that the back of my head/neck is now in contact with the edge of the tub or deck and surely to trigger an attack and without exception I've had to leave the hot tub and go to the cold shower because of an attack. No more hot tub for Sailpappy
