This is very interesting, Carl. I have no idea what causes CH, but you might be right; everyone could be looking in the wrong place or at least overlooking other avenues of exploration. I belong to the school of "let's explore EVERY possibility."
Another idea that might strenghten your theory is that some say smoking is bad for their CH; it's certainly bad for the heart, we all know that.
Could there be a correlation?
My echogram 2 years ago showed my heart to be in good shape. I have a murmer, but the technician told me it was so slight as to be of no significance. I have had it all my life.
It's good to see your brain is still in good working order and not fried by CH.
