Hello all,
I know this is out of the thread, but, I felt it was signifigant.
Last night while playing around on the Internet I ran another search for a Long Misplaced friend. He was my business partner in Memphis Tenn. in 1975-1979. when I moved back to Florida to be here for my failing Mother,(She died within three weeks of my return) he went on to run the business and some how I lost track of him. Well I found good number for him and called. I was really shocked at the first thing he said to me beyond Hello!
Not,How have you been, not,how's the family,not, where have you been. He ask me very first thing," Do you still suuffer from those headaches!"
20 years later and I still suffer just as I did back then. My Friend Gary had sat and waited for me to recover enough to continue with the work we we doing on many, many, occasions. In fact he helped me with the discovery of the cold water treatment that I still use today. He helped me convert an old Keg(Beer) Cooler into an isolation chamber that was kept at 20 degrees for me to sit in when I got an attack at work.
Made me realize the other down side of this situation is the way I time warp through life. Minutes pass like Hours and years pass like Days (in retrospect.)
