techy ?? re: posting procedure; attn DJ or any other 00100110 type

I like the new system that gives us the chance to preview the post as it will appear on the CHMB, before actually "publishing" it

BUT

by long habit from other applications,
I often just hit < enter > instead of the "post message" button at the btm of the page, after deciding the preview page is OK

and whoosh - my contribution disappears altogether, without getting posted, and the edit button on my top tool bar doesn't undo the action

QUESTION:
is there a way to salvage the disappeared post ?
(I'm using Windows Explorer 5.0)

and for those of you tempted to respond what a blessing it would be for my posts to disappear before getting posted -
you may be right -
but don't bother cracking wise - it's WAY too easy a shot
use a little imagination fer chrissakes
