I took melatonin 3yrs ago when I worked 3rd shift in a bakery but I don't remember much... This was before I was diagnosed with CH & after I had given up on the medical profession. So I never thought to keep track of any changes in my CH's. But it is strange that everyone here is talking about melatonin. I'm thinking of trying this again but this time with a journal. I wish you all my good karma(if I have any) in helping to keep your CH away.
