Here's a cun n paste of an article in Medscape that basically says the same thing. May be worth a try.

Dietary Supplement Investigated As Potential Migraine
Prophylaxis

WESTPORT, Jan 27 (Reuters Health) - Kaiser Permanente will conduct a double-blind, placebo-controlled
trial of a dietary supplement that will be evaluated for its efficacy in migraine prophylaxis, according to a
statement by officials at the Natural Science Corporation of America, the supplement maker.

Migra-Lieve is a compound containing "...magnesium, riboflavin and a proprietary, standardized botanical
extract of the plant feverfew," officials at the Encino, California-based company explained. "All of these
individual ingredients have been shown in scientific studies to be of benefit in the prevention of migraines."

The clinical trial, which will begin early this year, will be conducted by Kaiser Permanente investigators Dr.
Morris Maizels of Woodland Hills, Calif, and Dr. Jeffrey Cohen of Denver, Colo. Designed to evaluate
migraine frequency and severity over a 3-month period, the trial will most likely take 6 to 12 months to
complete.

According to company officials, Migra-Lieve is "...a unique combination of herbal and nutritional
supplements aimed at supporting cerebrovascular tone, and reducing platelet aggregation and the production
of pro-inflammatory mediators."

The dietary supplement is currently being used in clinical practice by some physicians, including Dr.
Alexander Mauskop of the State University of New York/Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn.
