In the state of mind I'm in right now due to the sleep depravation I'm not thinking all that clear? Daaaaaa! I think my name is John!
I'm a different bird in that almost everything triggers my attacks. Odors,flashing light's,sitting the wrong way, some foods and almost anything that changes my daily pattern. Barometric Pressure changes, elevators,driving in the car over hilly terrain and the list is so long I might crash the site if I listed them all!
I know I failed to draw the distinction between Cause and Trigger. I wish I knew what the heck caused this so maybe I could find some real lasting relief, I do know what triggers them and Alcohol and smoking are two at the top of the list! Thanks for the understand comments and for pointing out that I didn't use good Vocabulary. John
