D,
Although more common in migraines, disturbances in the autonomic system can be seen in cluster headaches. The autonomic system regulates the vegitative functions of the body (stomach, temperature, sweating, bowel, and others) and can be affected during an attach. In fact, the reason behind the drooping and tearing eye classically related to cluster headaches is due to the effect on the sympathetic system (part of the autonomic system) that is affected during an attack.
So, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and sweating can all be seen with migraine/cluster headaches.
Hope this helps
Greg
