I just noticed in searching more of the AOL Health Channel sites that the National Headache Foundation reports that, due to its' anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine affects, grinding up some ginger and adding it to a glass of water at the first sign of pain could be helpful (although the report suggested this for relief from Migraines...those of you using Jerry's water program might want to give it a try).
Personally, I am not a big ginger fan, but I would be interested in any reportable results from those of you who like a splash of spice in your life.
