To everyone: Thanks for being here.
Over the last 6 years (four cycles), my treatment has consisted primarily of blood pressure medication (Inderal and Covera-HS) to try to control the headaches, and Esgic Plus for pain. After reading about an hour's worth of messages and the information posted on the site, I haven't seen these drugs (except Inderal [propranolol], which was mentioned as not helping) discussed. I have found the blood pressure meds to be of some value in the past, but not currently; however, the Esgic Plus seems to cut the headaches off pretty well, though I am left pretty drowsy, beyond my normal "wipeout" after the headache dissipates.
Has anyone else been on a similar treament regimen? How did it work? Did you need to move on to something else eventually?
