Everyone knows that Cajuns settled in Louisiana.
A rogue band of them didn't like crawfish, so they started out travelling north. Being tremendous walkers, they went a long, long way. Eventually, they reached the end of civilization.
In trying to convey the name of their group to the natives they found (the frozen earred hard of hearing ones), they said they were Cajuns. The natives said "Eh? Cajahs?".
This eventually became Acadia.
Don't they teach history in those one-room schoolhouses y'all have up there?
