Hi everyone!
Sorry for having disappeared for a couple of days, and thanx for the messages and e.mails of concern. You have no idea what it means to me to know there are "strangers" out there who care so much. I am still on water and still benefitting! My slight setbacks (5 of them in nearly a month) was erased by identifying and avoiding anti-diuretics and diuretics (or substances containing them). Salt, chocolates and other sweets, CHEESE, and as little nicotine as I could discipline myself to take in. [And needless to say...no no no alcohol.] I literally feel alive again.
Question: Does anyone feel thirsty before, during or after an attack? Does anyone have a specific taste in the mouth or on the lips before, during or after?
Hope you are also coping well. Hang in there.
