It got to a point where I couldn't sign my name the tremors were so bad. I would be awakened by the twitches. The only two things that helped at night was either valium or elavil. The lithium did however, mask the headaches after about a week. I still got all of the symptoms of a real headache even though there wasn't pain. It was really weird. Now I am on Ritalin days and elavil nights. This has been working for about 4 months. Good luck to you,
