Yes, I have read that person's negative message. However, it was simply due to factors beyond my control that I could not participate on the message board, not due to the unfortunate message by , I believe, a very despondent fellow-sufferer.
Anyhow, here I am, and thanx for everyone who inquired about me. Your support means so much to me, which is why I have adopted somewhat of a relentless attitude to get to the root of clusters. I am still on water therapy and plan to stay on it (although eventually in lower dosages), ....and still blissfully without any major cluster attack!
The mild setbacks (5) which I had in nearly a month, all followed on intake of diuretics and/or anti-diuretics (or substances containing them): salt, too much nicotine, intense sugar (as in sweets and coke),and then cheese (cheese is a NO NO NO also for migraine sufferers). Avoiding those whilst continuing water therapy, has me painfree (as you all know, for the first time in 2 years). I will soon post a message communicating to you my latest "speculations", in order to get your opinions and feedback. Thanx for all who contact me so regularly. If anybody knows how I can get my e.mail responses to people who contact me directly (which I appreciate so much)onto this message board without retyping them, please let me know. I am not really a clued up electronic person!
