Don't know what you have tried before but for me this time was a particulary long cycle. I also go about 2 years in between and have tried lots of things. My cycle was really bad in October(getting 6 HA a day and no sleep) My doctor put me on prednisone a tapered dose for about two weeks. When I finished the HA had cut down to 2 a night. The first one I can usually get rid of with oxygen and the second one I use Imitrex for. I don't know if you have tried Imitrex or not. I use the injections and they have worked every time I have used them within about 10 minutes. I use half a shot at a time. I know it doesn't work for everyone but for me it has been just great. Hope you find some relief.
