Starting Monday I've been getting this feeling that someones out to get me.
Some guys just happened to be working in the neighborhood and just happened to knock the electricity out.
I had left my computer on and it just so happens that Old George (he lives here with us)was on his phone at the same time.
Georges phone and my modem, both got fried
when the lights went out.
Got a modem and a new phone for George and then found a tiny piece of solder laying on my mother board.
Somewhere along the line I was getting messages about my file allocaiton tables.
Long story short, so far, I've had to more or less wipe my C drive cleaner than a baby's ass, reload everyhing including my browser, and accept the fact that I've lost all my links, email addresses, old messages and files.
You tell me, is its George's long time connections with a major trade union and the Democrats? He's been a card carrying member of both for eighty years. (yeah he is old - going to be 103 in October)
Or is it a plot to squelch the Candida revolution?
If Fox or Scully read this I could use some help here!
I've asked George to keep an eye out for suspicious happenings, but he doesn't see a well as he used to. Still looks good though (for his age)
Problem with getting big George involved is he starts asking where his bullets are.
You tell me. is it all just a coincidnece?
Has any body seen HAL lately?
Too bad, Bill Gates doesn't have clusters.
