I HAVE absolutely proved, to my own satisfaction anyway, that getting plenty of good sleep is an invaluable tool in combatting/reducing the attacks
suspected this before, but never tracked it
THIS cluster I've been watching closely:
on 5 occasions, in this cluster, for one reason or another I have pretty much gone without sleeping or very little sleep -
in EACH of these 4 occasions the attacks increased dramtically in frequency & intensity
then the situation improved when I finally got through a couple days with good rest included - staying at a tolerable level UNTIL I screwed up the sleep again
my single biggest tactic now is to do whatever it takes to get a good continuous sleep in every 24 hours
I suspect this has a LOT to do with why the damned clusters seem to run away on us when we start in on the attacks during sleep -
it's a nasty circle (can't ever spell vish-us correctly)-
the lack of sleep makes the cluster worse, which prevents sleep, and on we go
