I think i am so smart,so educated from reading everypost all the time, stocked up with tips and coping techniques and then it hits again in the middle of the night an there is nothing but panic, anger,dismay and feeling helpless. I have tried everything. I was outside walking in the yard in single degree temperatures in the middle of last night and the light of the moon was too bright to bear..i feel like i am living like an animal, there is too much agony
this is the first time after completeing a cycle, they have come back so soon.
