I had similar experiences today. Two bad CH's this AM (4:00 am an award winning one at 8:00am) and the whole day and evening has been as if I have been in la la land.
I'm glad you posted your comments...we all need to realize that the affects of CH's include mental, as well as physical exhaustion, as well, and to make adjustments accordingly, to accomodate those situations in terms of our own interests (and safety) as well as for others.
