IANA Version 3.0 can now be downloaded directly (well almost) from
http://www.interbug.com/hamtracker/
IANA does not yet have it's own home, its kind of bording with a program called Ham Tracker V2. When you download Ham Tracker (Full version not the ham slice), you also get IANA, but you have to go inside the Ham Tracker Directory and look for IANAV3.EXE. Click on that and you have the program. None of this will work unless you actually go through the complete set up program for Ham Tracker. You can check out IANA at http://pagan.drak.net/tobesilent/cluster.htm. The software is free and was developed as a method for tracking the cluster episode.
