I have experienced the EXACT same problem! I especially have trouble with drastic changes in the weather, such as when a cold front or line of low pressure comes through. My doctor is a neuro and when I told him of this, he mentioned that a few of his other "migraine" (as I have been diagnosed) patients have reported this. He suggested something akin to a prescription "water pill" and said some patients have reported that if they take when a weather change occurs, they fare better pain-wise.
I do not completely understand the diff. betw. "migraine" and "cluster" headaches, but mine definitely seem to "cluster" around these climate changes. And I definitely have constant sinus pressure pain - at least one or two flare-ups a day.
My CAT scans are always clear. My docs seem to not have a clue as to the cause of the constant pressure problems. Any progress on your problem?
