I have had severe clusters for over 25 years. I believe I've tried everything in every followup. I feel there is very little dietary or allergy type things that have ever effected the onset of my headaches, or the length of the session. The only thing that has ever helped with the severity of these headaches is the Imitrex injection. They are a blessing.
