Hi, Eric. Typical CH attacks are like ice-pick or dentist's drill shoved into head. Regularity of your headaches sounds like CH, but I'd strongly recommend you find a neurologist who is familiar with CH. Normally any pain-killer (over the counter or narcotics) doesn't even touch the CH pain. At least in my case, it can be managed with meds, but you'd have to try meds to see what works for you if you indeed have CH. Some are heavy-duty meds, so get on the phone and find a good doctor!
