That would be great if milk works! I know a lot of older Dutch folks who used to drink hot milk, with anise in it, to relax them before bedtime. Maybe try hot milk, if it does the same you will know it was the milk and not the coldness of the milk that helped. If it is the milk, it might work even better if it is warm. Anise is a natural sedative, so that might help too! I just finished a cycle, but I will surely try it on my next episode. It is great to know you and all the others on CHMB, you all help me a lot!
