sincerely now -
we have CH
they can't cure them (yet)
we KNOW what a disruptive pattern & burden they are -
that given,
a definite way to make having CH be LESS of a problem is simply to avoid (whenever & wherever possible) demanding of ourselves that we be or try to act like something we're not-
what are we NOT?:
a person who DOESN'T have clusters
ACCEPT that we have this affliction-
then build life with as many choices as possible,
that are as compatible with being a clusterhead as possible,
and be glad we have the freedom to chose !!!!
this DOESN'T mean roll over & die, or settle for less-
it means make the choices that fit who we are
not who we wished we were !!!!
that is guaranteed to make having CH less of a problem
and until they find the magic pill
ANY improvement is a win
and before you jump all over this for being either obvious or ridiculous:
I guarantee it ISN'T ridiculous - it works VERY well for a bunch of us
and for those who says it's obvious-
GOOD - you're ahead of the game
but if you read the posts regularly,
what becomes OBVIOUS is that about 1/2 of us waste precious time & energy fighting the FACT that we have CH
fight the disease - YES
fight that you have it - DUMB
