Many of us here have tried Dramamine/Gravol for nighttime prevention of CH. My husband is getting nailed again (we thought his cycle was gone) and he took 3 gravol before bed last night. He got through the night, no CH. It causes sleep as a side effect but doesn't let you get into the REM phase which is where the Beast can find you. Not too much grogginess in the morning either, not like sleeping pills. If you do get hit in the middle of the night, it will do nothing for your pain but it might just get you through the night pain free. Sleep is a precious commodity in our community as we all know. Try it!! Ya just never know.

ps to Karen - My husband has also tried benadryl before bed with similar results, it does make him sleep..
